Reconfigured with new kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and a bedroom suite, this remodel of a mid-twentieth century house, originally designed by Carl Koch, maintains the home’s modern aesthetic while opening it to natural light. Several walls were removed, allowing gently articulated spaces to be linked by a continuous oak floor. In the master suite, a bedroom and bath each gain space and light by minimizing separation.
